The schedule
Booked, reminded, here, seen. No provider is ever double-booked. A no-show only counts against a patient once they've been reminded — without a reminder, it's on the process, not on them.
For small medical practices
Mederri is a team of three that runs the front-office software for no more than 25 practices — the schedule, claims and denials, results and recalls — around the EHR you already have. When you write to us, a person answers the same business day, in writing.
Five founding places at $390 a month, for as long as you stay.
Most small practices are looked after by one person who does everything — and is hard to reach the day something breaks. We kept what's good about that, and fixed the rest.
| The usual setup | Mederri |
|---|---|
| Hard to get on the phone when something's wrong | Every message answered the same business day, in writing. Our AI drafts the reply in seconds; a person reads it and sends it. |
| One person: a vacation or a bad week and everything waits | A team of three who know every practice and cover for each other |
| Interfaces and HIPAA learned as they go | Thirty years of building software, including HL7 interfaces and HIPAA work in healthcare |
| Fixes what breaks | Improves the tools for every practice, every month — and what one practice asks for, all of them get |
| Patient data wherever the tools happen to put it | AI on open models we run ourselves. Your patients' data is never sent to an AI company. |
The front office, on any screen — a desk at the counter or a phone in the hall. The rules are written into the software, so they hold on a busy day.
Booked, reminded, here, seen. No provider is ever double-booked. A no-show only counts against a patient once they've been reminded — without a reminder, it's on the process, not on them.
Lines priced from each payer's fee schedule. A claim past the payer's filing window can't be sent by mistake. Payments work out the adjustment; denials are routed by their code; aging by payer at a glance.
Reviewed by a provider, then released to the patient's portal. A critical result never reaches the portal without the provider's say-so, and an abnormal one never before it's been reviewed.
Patients due back, and the screenings they're missing — found by the same rules every time. After three tries with no answer, a recall goes to the provider.
You keep the records system you have. We connect to it — HL7 and FHIR interfaces are our home ground — so the front office and the chart agree without anyone typing things twice.
That's how three people can look after twenty-five practices and still answer the same day. AI doesn't replace your front desk's know-how — it gives them back the hours.
The AI writes the first draft of a reply or a reminder. Nothing reaches a patient, a payer or you until a person has read it.
If a step can be done by plain software — a filing deadline, a double-booking, a result that mustn't be released — software does it, the same way every time. AI only does the parts that need words.
No rented black box. We use open-weight models on hardware we control, so your patients' data never goes to an AI company.
We sign a business associate agreement with your practice before we touch patient data, and AI only sees it on models we host ourselves. The sample practice is all made up — every patient in it is invented.
Prairie Family Medicine: three providers, a full day on the schedule, claims in every state, a critical result waiting on a doctor. Rebuilt every night, so its day is always today.
Per practice, per month. The software, the interfaces to your EHR, the team, same-day answers and every month's improvements — all of it.
